Dillia Homes & Properties Limited (“Dillia”, “we”) is a property company based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. We are responsible for the personal information you give us through this website, by phone, by WhatsApp or in person.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number and email address when you contact us, request a viewing or subscribe to new listings.
- What you tell us about the property you want, or the property you own.
- Basic technical information your browser sends when you visit the site, such as your device type and the pages you view.
How we use it
- To reply to you and arrange viewings, valuations and calls.
- To send you new listings, if you asked for them. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To prepare tenancy agreements and sale documents, where you go ahead.
- To meet our legal obligations, including record-keeping and anti-money-laundering checks.
Who we share it with
We share your details only with people who need them to complete your transaction: the seller, landlord or their agent, your lawyer or ours, and surveyors. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
Enquiries we do not take forward are deleted after 12 months. Records of completed sales and tenancies are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also object to how we use it or withdraw your consent to marketing at any time.
